The O'Neal Session SPD is a SPD cleat compatible shoe providing the ultimate balance between grip and foot repositioning with O’Neal’s unique, Honey Rubber® sole. The Lycra ankle gaiter keeps stones and soil out. The micro-adjust closing system creates a perfect tailored fit and the additional Velcro closure keeps the shoe secure and snug to the foot. A nylon sole insert increases outsole strength and improve pedaling efficiency.

NOTE! To avoid unnecessary exchanges or returns of purchased footwear - when choosing the size you are ordering, PLEASE stick to the following rules:
A. The insole lengths in mm given in the last column are the ACTUAL, total lengths measured by ourselves.
B. PLEASE CHOOSE a size whose insole is 5mm to 10mm longer than the actual length of your bare foot (ROAD shoes closer to 5mm, MTB / GRAVEL / ENDURO shoes closer to 10mm).
C. How to measure your foot?
- Place the heel against a wall or e.g. furniture, and place something rigid, such as a book, perpendicular to the toes
- Measure the distance between the wall and the book.
- You should check both feet, because quite often one is longer :)
